Cancellation Policy:

Your appointment time is specially reserved just for you! We’re grateful for the opportunity to support your wellness. However, a late cancellation or missed visit leaves a gap in the therapist’s day that could have been offered to another client in need of care. We understand that life happens, and plans can change, so to help us serve everyone as fairly as possible, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes.

Cancellations with 12-24 Hours’ Notice: A fee of 50% of the service cost will apply, charged to the card on file or collected at your next visit if no card is available.

Cancellations with Less Than 12 Hours’ Notice or No-Shows: The full cost of the service will be charged to the card on file or collected at your next visit if no card is available.
